We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an award winning supplier of high quality continental food products to the retail and food service sectors. We require a competent NPD Manager to join their speciality food division.
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible the development of NPD and project manage NPD projects ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks and ultimate launch of projects to critical path, ensuring appropriate communication internally and across manufacturing sites.
We require an experienced NPD Manager from the food industry that has worked directly with the retailers and has product management across bakery and chilled categories. Food based degree or equivalent, strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills both verbal and written including strong influencing skills and a capable ‘stand up’ presenter. Proven ability to negotiate effectively in reactive and flexible situations and experience in process review and process improvement.
