The role will report to the Site Manager, and be responsible for driving production performance and quality through the site. You will be responsible for driving the change agenda focussing on performance and people development. You will have direct responsibility for large multi functional teams working across process and packaging departments, and be accountable for the performance of these individuals and the departments.
You will come from a food or drink background, ideally with experience high speed processing and packaging in an automated environment, but most importantly be ambitious and with a demonstrable track record in driving performance and improvement in a targeted environment. You will be a champion of continuous improvement, and have a strong practical knowledge of lean tools. You will be a people person, with the ability to engage a large team to drive to reach business and site targets.
