This multinational company supplies an impressive portfolio of clients with finished products and component ingredients. They require a UK based Technical Services Manager to ensure all relevant technical information is conveyed to clients, production sites and manufacturing partners and where necessary, acted on accordingly. This includes ensuring product quality and legality in the UK, creating and updating specifications, food labels and launch related paperwork; managing complaints, identifying and troubleshooting subsequent issues; accompanying customers on audits and product launches around the world approximately every 2-3 months; managing a Technical Administrator and supporting Account Managers and Sales staff where required. Applicants must have chilled or frozen food manufacturing experience, be conversant with BRC, have a strong knowledge of food legislation, be comfortable working on retailer specifications, be comfortable working in a client facing capacity and have a full UK driving license.
