An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a market leading food manufacturer, on a 12 month maternity cover contract, to provide a generalist, operational HR service to the business
Key responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development and leading HR projects.
The role will encompass developing an appropriate employee relations climate and implementing more progressive working practices.
You will be involved with all key decisions that have an HR implication in your area and you will be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the business with regard to:
