Our client are a large blue chip multi site food manufacturer supplying the major retailers, food service industry and other food manufacturers. They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their business.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will respond to production breakdowns, carry out planned preventative maintenance, prioritise fault finding and carry out general repairs. Overall you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of plant and equipment on the site.
This position will suit a multi-skilled engineer with an electrical bias. A good general education with City and Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Engineering is essential together with a sound knowledge of mechanical systems.
