My client is a rapidly expanding food processor with an enviable portfolio of products designed for retail and food service sectors.
• To develop outstanding new products with commercial and market potential through close working relationship with customers and suppliers, intimate market knowledge.
• To create new dishes and recipes.
• To match brief on flavour, texture appearance and cost.
• To develop products within clearly defined manufacturing, nutritional and commercial briefs
• To improve existing recipes,
• To re-engineer recipes to meet cost, nutritional and manufacturing restraints.
• Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety / food safety legislation.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished and dynamic chef with a wealth of creative flair. You will be comfortable working in highly demanding environments.
