Night Shift Manager

My client is looking to invest in individuals who can really help to drive the business forward. An expanding operation with a successful track record, now is an excellent time to join this Leading Manufacturer. Reporting into the Site Manager, this position will require you to effectively manage a team of people. You will be driving the business plan forward in conjunction with the correct quality, time, and cost within a safe environment. You will also be helping to train people where necessary. The right candidate for this role will be an excellent motivator coupled with strong leadership skills. You will have a proven track record leading a team within a production environment. Food experience is welcome although far from essential. More important is your ability to lead a team effectively within a fast moving environment.
