Site Planner

Working closely with Accounts, Sales, Customer Service, Production and Technical departments, the jobholder will ensure that all Customer requirements, production plans and forecasts are prepared for daily weekly and three monthly manufacturing requirements, while maintaining market leading customer service levels. Outputs will be monitored daily and reviewed monthly to identify gains or losses in efficiency from all production units. Develop and produce a system to report manufacturing variances for raw materials and packaging. In Conjunction with Stock Control ensure the BOM’s and production orders are developed in order to accurately reflect stock levels of all raw materials and packaging. Transport planning, production of delivery notes. An advanced understanding of the use of ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One) and MS office is essential.
