Production Shift Manager

Are you an ambitious Shift Manager / Production Supervisor looking for a fresh challenge in the Food Manufacturing industry?
 
My client is a well established food manufacturer who supply of a range of food products into the major retailer's.  They are looking for a strong Shift Manager with the drive and determination to grow and develop the business.
 
Reporting into the General Manager you will:
 
--  Be responsible for KPI's in production and H&S.
--  Ensure H&S and hygiene standards are implemented and adhered to.
--  Ensure costs are managed tightly and production data is recorded and monitored.
 
The ideal candidate will have / be:
 
--  Experience of managing a team in a manufacturing environment.
--  Able to identify ways of improving efficiencies.
