You will ensure that all security measures are firmly imposed at Head office, sites, farms, manufacturing facilities and sales depots etc ) KSA and GCC based.
As a member of the HR Executive and custodian of the company Health, Security, Safety and Risk Policies you will ensure our policies encourage and enforce best practice throughout the organization. These will protect our consumers, customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders and all other persons who have reason to come into contact with our products or operations in any way.
You will be comfortable managing a multi-skilled international team and have proven leadership qualities. Ideally you will be Degree qualified and have a NEBOSH Diploma together with membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (MIOSH) and be a Certified and registered Security and Safety Practitioner. Your areas of responsibility will include :-
1.Continually reviewing the effectiveness of Health, Safety, Security and Risk policies with a view to recommending revisions and amendments as appropriate to the Management Executive. To effect improvements in the organisations overall risk management performance and to ensure that the business complies with international best practice.
2.Educating and training managers and staff in best practice and effective implementation of the policy to ensure they have the necessary skills to facilitate achievement of agreed targets.
3.Recording and monitoring company H,S&S and Risk performance through establishing and utilising appropriate systems, tools and reporting mechanisms.
4.Conducting regular audits, reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement, to assess overall performance and make recommendations for action.
5.Manage Business Risk effectively in all areas of responsibility.
