PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER - NIGHTS - PERMANENT - SURREY - c£24,500
Production Team Leader required to join a food manufacturing business based in Surrey.
Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for leading a production team within a designated area to ensure that efficient production of product and to the correct specification.
Other duties will include identifying areas of improvement, recording information on waste, deputise for the Production Manager as required and ensure that good Health and Safety practices are adopted at all times.
Suitable applicants will have previous experience of leading a team within a Food production environment or similar. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a pro-active approach to deliver results.
The salary on offer is £24,500 working Continental 4 on 4 off shifts of 12 hour Nights.
