Factory Manager

Are you a Production Manager looking to take the next step in your career or an experienced Factory Manager looking for a new challenge within the food manufacturing industry?

My client is a well established food manufacturer who supply of a range of food products into the major retailer's.  They are looking for a strong Factory Manager with the drive and determination to grow and develop the business.
 
Reporting into the Operation Manager you will:
 
--  Responsible for the planning, organising and directing of all Manufacturing and Hygiene operations across the site ensuring the most effective return on assets with no detriment to the operation.
--  Initiating plans and processes which minimise manufacturing costs through effective utilisation of labour, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
--  Working to meet business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring that product standards exceed our customers’ expectations.
--  Encouraging the use of Continuous Improvement techniques and a focus on fact based problem solving.

The ideal candidate will have / be:
 
--  Experience of managing a large team in the food manufacturing environment.
--  Able to identify ways of improving efficiencies.
