Currently operating at a Senior Engineering Management position or a high flying Engineering Supervisor, you will have an unrivalled track record of achievement from within an fast paced chilled food manufacturing environment, and have the ability to take full ownership of the day to day running of this site. This organisations is continually focused on Health & Safety and offers a training and development plan which is a leader within the industry.
You will be responsible for a team in excess of 40 so we are seeking a leader rather than a manager, and you will already have total autonomy for a strong performing engineering team and at the top of your game within the Food Industry. With high levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm you will engage and continually achieve through your team. It goes without saying that Lean Manufacturing techniques such as OEE, NME, SIC, SMED, TPM and TQM will be second nature to you in order to take the site to a World Class standard.
