Supplying all the major retailers my client has an enviable portfolio of products. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join their site based in the East Midlands.
ROLE:
Day based Monday - Friday shift
Reporting to the site Engineering Manager
Responsible for a team of 6 Multi Skilled Engineers
Ensure Companies HSE requirements are adhered to
Maintain documentation recording downtime, RCA and spares
Develop a culture of lean engineering at all times
Encourage personal and team development
CANDIDATE:
Food Engineering experience essential (Ideally in a chilled environment)
Engineering qualification or time served required
Supervisory experience required
Knowledge of PLC and Computer controlled equipment
