This is an entrepreneurial and customer focused company producing the very finest chilled goods for a discerning client base - they are a market leader with their range of high quality, innovative, products.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the position will oversee all the technical, quality and product development systems across the company. The complex and multi-faceted manufacturing process requires a strong direction to the entire technical system – quality assurance, supplier auditing, raw materials and finished product specification. You will also have regular front line contact with the major customers.
You will require a motivational and inspirational approach coupled with technical services and hygiene management experience gained within a fresh food manufacturing environment. A big motivation factor will be the fact that you are looking to join a company where you can develop, implement and maintain the standards expected by the customer.
