Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the production and engineering functions across the site. You will oversee a large team of staff and be tasked with driving efficiencies and implementing continuous improvement techniques to exceed a range of challenging KPI’s.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role in a high risk manufacturing environment, ideally within the dairy industry. You will be able to draw on a wealth of experience to add value to an already outstanding business operation and be able to implement Lean Manufacturing techniques. Of graduate calibre, we are looking for a highly ambitious individual who is looking to join a company that can offer unrivalled long term prospects along with a fantastic financial package.
