Our client are a large successful multi-site food manufacturer supplying the major retailers. They are looking for an experienced NPD Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for the development of EPD & NPD. You will take ownership of NPD projects ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks and ultimate launch of projects to critical path, ensuring appropriate communication internally and across manufacturing sites. You will drive & manage EPD/NPD workload using and EPD/NPD plan and benchmarking schedule and will also ensure that all developments satisfy price, quality, technical & operational parameters.
To be successful in this role you must be first and foremost passionate about food. You will have a food based degree or equivalent with at least 3 years NPD experience. Strong commercial acumen along with good organisational and planning skills are essential. You must be an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and have the capability to present
