Highly respected food manufacture, are talent searching for an experienced specifications technologist to join their technical team on an interim basis until Christmas. This flagship site manufacture into all the major retailers.
You will have experience of writing specifications in a food manufacturing environment; ideally you will have previously worked on spec systems such as Tesco's Technical Library, Asda Aspect, Morrison's and M&S.
Ideally educated to degree level in a food safety related subject. Consideration will also be given to those with no formal degree qualification, but with extensive experience in specification writing.
