This is a multi-faceted role, with no two days being the same - you will work with the Multi Retailers, consumers, external regulatory bodies and the in-house commercial teams covering all of the following areas:
*Multiple Retailer Specification systems management.
*Regulatory information management including - labelling, packaging etc.
*Customer liaison and site visit hosting.
*Technical reporting and KPI management.
*Advising on technical information for New Product Developments.
You will have a strong technical background in the food sector alongside excellent organisational skills - multi-tasking is a critical part of this role due to the variety of different activities and responsibilities you could be involved in.
*Strong Project Management, Prioritisation and time management skills.
*Customer Facing/Management experience retailers and ideally consumers
*Strong knowledge and experience of BRC, GMP and HACCP
*Food Technology Degree
