The Process Technologist
The main responsibly of the role will be to manage NPD process activities including:
*Project analysis - Factory scale up trials - Plant product approval and factory launch.
*Supporting and advising the concept team during early stages of development of products.
*To implement and monitor that the NPD process is followed, making sure that there is open communication between NPD and the relevant teams within the business, regarding any factory or pre-production trials.
The Candidate
*Experienced in all aspects of Process technology from Concept to Launch
*Creative thinker with ability to turn ideas into realistic propositions.
*Good IT skills for accessing, analysing and reporting data
*Effective and timely communicator with all stakeholders, including customers.
*Good people management skills - lead, motivate and manage performance
*Positive approach and attitude
