You will already be a production supervisor / Area manager within the food/chilled industry but mainly looking for your next challenge. You must have experience in running teams and want to a build a career in the industry with a suitable company.
Reporting into the Manufacturing Manager your key accountabilities will be to co-ordinate and direct line production team (s) to ensure that the target production outputs and quality parameters are achieved within agreed crewing and performance standards. You will manage the entire factory in the absence of the wash line and grading supervisor.
You will work to KPI's on labour, efficiency, health and safety, quality and cost and make sure that the team is successful in reaching and surpassing these targets.
The ideal candidate will be of a 'can do attitude' who is able to communicate effectively at all levels. You will be an ambitious person who enjoys taking on challenges and responsibilities and wanting to play a strong part in a strong team.
