This is an opportunity for a professional manager to join an exciting and evolving manufacturer of chilled food products. Working at one of their largest facilities, you will be joining a production team that is challenging the 'status quo' and intent not only on meeting daily production and KPI targets but in surpassing them. Reporting to the General Manager you will effectively manage all Operational issues within the Factory to ensure that optimum performance is achieved and business and functional objectives are met safely and cost effectively by the application of modern management and maintenance techniques in a labour intensive, change oriented environment
You will already have supervisory or management experience in the food industry and an understanding of low and high risk production. You will be a creative, team orientated person with sound interpersonal skills and a strong desire to implement change and drive the business forward. To achieve this you will need energy, tenacity and a personality that thrives on accountability.
