My client is looking for an effective Bakery Development Manager that will maximise both internal and external resources. You will be a central figure in a talented NPD team - playing a lead role in every stage of bakery development including concept, recipe formulation, trials and full scale production.
This is an exciting innovations role with a strong customer facing element. I am looking for a professional with a proven background with real creative flair in bakery development.
