As a shift production manager you will operate on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern looking after a forward thinking and progressive operation. This high speed processing, packing and distribution facility uses robotics and Lean thinking to deliver world class levels of performance.
The suitable candidate will:-
- be an experienced production manager who is comfortable working a rotating shift system.
- have an understanding of Lean and process improvement.
- have previous experience of working in a high speed packing, processing environment.
