Production Manager

- Using Continuous Improvement techniques and tools (e.g. PIPs, team result plans, value stream mapping, line balancing and problem solving etc) - - - Ensure that targets are met and regularly challenged and improved on.
- Delivering high standards of quality, ensuring product produced is to customer specification in line with site CCP, GMP and Health and Safety through your team.
- Ensure you and your team demonstrate and foster a culture which encourages Continuous Improvement and thecompany Values.

1) Experience of managing different product types within a business ideally

2) Proven track record of delivering change through continuous improvement initiatives and techniques within your team.

3) To be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

4) To be able to demonstrate thecompany Values.

5) In depth knowledge of the food industry or FMCG.

6) Must be adaptable and flexible to working hours and areas.

7) Chilled food experience and knowledge ideally
