Seeking creative, commercially acute and hands on interim NPD technologists to expand an innovative product line. The business is a leader within the industry and has a long tradition of manufacturing quality products Daily life in the Job: This role is leading NPD through concept to launch within the ready to cook meal solution category. Your remit will consist of blue sky ideas through to factory trials. You will report to the Technical Manager and lead and control projects. With knowledge and experience of retail trends you will be required to present to customers. Key Skills Needed: The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience within meat or ready meal products supplying the retail industry. You should hold qualities and experience of costing and scaling up with a commercial approach. You will hold creative insight alongside innovative product experience.
