The role of Project Team Leader offers true autonomy to be leading projects within the Innovation & Renovation programme, providing technical support to the factory through the effective execution of allocated product related projects.

As an experienced Project Team Leader, you will lead product development projects from concept to finish, directing cross-functional project teams. In addition to this you will provide technical support to the factories, identifying and implementing ingredient and process improvements.

To apply for the role of Project Team Leader, it is essential that the ideal candidate can demonstrate a sound working knowledge of ingredients, in particular knowledge of fondant, caramel and chocolate which are a key requisition we are looking for, in addition to confectionery experience.

A beneficial requirement would be to have a basic understanding of packaging requirements. The key Leadership Competencies for the role of Project Team Leader are Innovation/Renovation, Leading People, and Impact and Convincing Others.
