Are you an experienced Development Chef who can inspire with innovative recipes, delicious new products and exciting menus? Working closely with developers and suppliers, you’ll provide culinary leadership, expertise and training. A BA in Culinary Arts (or equivalent) is essential, with a good understanding of the retail environment.
You will also need a demonstrable level of culinary excellence, preferably gained in high calibre restaurants, with excellent people management skills. You will have the ability and versatility to plan and deliver large scale events, create innovative menus for invitation-only dinners and support the Own Brand Development Team on cooking instructions for packs.
