We are now looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking HR Manager to help guide the business into the future and take a leading role in the identification, development and implementation of pro-active strategic initiatives to support the continuing success of the business.
This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate their ability to direct and deliver a professional HR service covering all aspects of the HR spectrum across a multi-site operation. You will hold the relevant HR qualifications and be able to demonstrate proven ‘hands on’ experience in a demanding generalist HR management role, preferably within a food production/manufacturing environment. You will be accustomed to providing expert advice and using your initiative to work through issues to deliver commercial solutions and results. Responsible for the operational management of the HR function, that includes payroll and training, you will have the ability to build strong relationships to ensure an efficient regional HR service is delivered. You will possess a sophisticated range of communication skills, excellent inter-personal skills and be able to work both strategically and operationally. Experience of managing and driving positive culture change to drive employee engagement is key.
