In this exciting role you will take full responsibility for a state of the art manufacturing and automated packaging facility. You will lead, develop and inspire a large multi skilled team of Shift Production Managers, Engineers and skilled operators and will be will be accountable for a budget in excess of £10million pa, along with involvement in site improvement projects. Ultimately you will deliver service, volume and quality at World Class standards. Experience is required managing large complex teams in a high speed, automated environment. Some experience managing industrial relations working closely with unions would be preferred.
