A new and exciting position has arisen within the catering and farm shop departments for a dynamic chef or baker who will lead two small teams forward, focusing on innovative product development for sale within the farm shop, the catering restaurants and the events business. The standard of produce will reflect the constant drive towards excellence within the departments, producing the full range of artisan and patisserie products.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week. Flexibility will be essential to meet the needs of the business. You would be working across two sites on the Chatsworth Estate.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven and successful record in developing new ranges, be able to submit accurate costings and see new products through all stages from the initial idea to sale. You will be committed to the highest standards of health and Safety and hygiene. The training and development of your team will be a priority.
