lProvide an expert advisory service to all business units with respect of HR policies and procedures
lSupport the HR Manager in the provision of a consultancy service to all managers in order to raise their knowledge and understanding of HR policies and procedures
lMake recommendations to develop and HR policies and procedures for approval so that they conform to legislation and remain relevant to the needs of the business
lSupport managers throughout the recruitment process
lManage grievance, disciplinary and performance improvement procedures through coaching and development
lDeal effectively with all employee relations issues
The ideal candidate must be CIPD educated with previous experience working in a Fast Moving Manufacturing environment. We require a HR Professional with Operational/Commercial experience who can prove that he/she has what it takes.
