Technical Services QA

My Client is a major Food Manufacturer supplying into the UK Food Sector and are looking for a Technical Services QA to join their team.
For this role you will be:
-Carrying out full investigations into customer complaints and internal non-conformances and keeping accurate records
-Visiting customers where required in order to complete investigations and enhance customer relationships
-Suggesting and working with operations to implement corrective actions
-Driving continuous improvement initiatives within all areas of operations in order to comply with BRC, Customer and Industry standards
-Developing work instructions and procedures were required in order to drive improvements.
-Working with Operations to train operations staff
-Dealing efficiently with customer enquiries and keeping accurate records
The ideal person for this role will come from a background in Food Manufacturing and hold a degree. They should also have experience of dealing with customer complaints and recalls.
