Our client is a large multi-site food manufacturer supplying products to the leading UK retailers. They are looking to recruit a Production Shift Leader working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 6am - 6pm.
Reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for managing a team across several production lines to ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.
A proven production background, ideally in a food manufacturing business would be an advantage. The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with good communication skills is essential.
