You will also have responsibility for developing a culture of mentoring and coaching ensuring the engineering team have the skills and process to be able to manage a fast and demanding food environment.
You will also be tasked with developing a robust maintenance system working toward PPM and be able to deliver continuous improvement to machine reliability, plant efficiency and cost reduction. Alongside this you will oversee Capex projects including building, upgrading and replacement of lines.
Ideally you will be degree qualified in a in engineering or a related discipline and worked in a worked in a Food/ FMCG environment.You will need to be a strong manager with previous experience of implementing sustainable change relating to behaviours and processes.
