- Looking after all aspects of operations and production on site.
- You will manage relationships with key clients, including a number of supermarkets, and drive forward new business prospects.
- Training and developing staff and maintaining the standards of Health and Safety.
- As an SME you will be expected to take an interest in all aspects of the business, so financial awareness is imperative.
You will be educated to a Degree level or equivalent and have a demonstrable background within a food manufacturing environment, ideally in chilled, short shelf life food production. You will be a strong people manager who is strategic in approach and not afraid to drive through change. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm combined with strong commercial acumen. In addition, you must have also have experience of working withlargesupermarkets.

£55k - £65k with bonus prospects for the right candidate
