Our client, a division of one of the largest meat processors in the UK. The business operates five sites across the UK, supplying Waitrose with over 400 products, including fresh pork, bacon, sausage, cooked meats, lamb and added value products.

They are current seeking a Divisional Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Divisional Finance Director you will be responsible for the provision of weekly and monthly reporting summaries for the division, consolidating divisional forecast and budget information as well as providing divisional level financial management reports and analysis.

The successful candidate will provide support to the Divisional Finance Director and Senior Managers as well as ensuring all sites are working together to maximize profitability.
Working as part of the finance team you will carry out weekly and monthly reporting consolidation for the division as well as managing the divisional forecasting process. You will also be expected to consolidate and report the budget figures as well as provide support to the site finance teams to ensure reports and analysis are provided at a divisional level.

You will be qualified to CIMA or ACCA level with at least two years experience post qualification, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. A working knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage.
Analytical and numerate, it is essential that you have excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within a business, with good commercial acumen and the drive and determination to identify problems and solutions proactively. You must also be a good team player and enjoy the challenges faced within a fast paced manufacturing environment with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
