Quality Manager - North London Operations

What will you become a part of?

You will join the QESH team in North London to lead on-site implementation of Quality standards and Food Safety policies working with Production teams to ensure site requirements are met. Reporting to the QESH Senior Manager, you will also be part of a centralised European Quality team accountable for continuously improving systems, implementing initiatives and sharing best practise across the regions. Critical to optimal performance is delivering success through leadership, development and engagement of a busy team of Quality Co-ordinators, Lab Analysts and Microbiologists.

What to expect?

You can expect to be busy! As the role includes responsibility for resolving consumer and customer complaints it requires someone who will ensure that our consumers and the integrity of our brands are protected. You will also be part of our CRS agenda by supporting teams to optimize energy and water consumption whilst delivering effective high quality processes. Safety is paramount so you and your team will lead by example consistently demonstrating zero accident behavior.

What we expect of you

A graduate with Chemistry/Food Technology qualifications is preferred and previous team management experience is important. Ideally you will have food or beverage operational experience having led a Quality team and been responsible for legislative and risk management processes, consumer and customer complaints, quality testing and analysis. This role will include some travel to other GB and European sites.
