Located in South Croydon (S.E. London), we are devoted to making traditional kefir following an artisan recipe that takes time and dedication. Our business is growing and we are seeking a dynamic food production professional to join our team and help us achieve our goals for growth in 2013 and beyond.
This hands-on, busy role of Kefir Producer requires an organised, responsible individual, with enthusiasm and drive to manage a variety of tasks from pre-production operations, equipment preparation, culture preparation, to leading production shifts and maintaining HACCP record keeping.
We are looking for a professional who strives for quality each and every time, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines either working alone or managing a small team on production days.
Previous experience from a food production role is advantageous with food safety and HACCP knowledge, and experience of leading a small team, though full training will be given.
Production shift are all day time, running in 2-week cycles (Monday – Thursday, then Sunday - Friday). A quarterly bonus is payable for achieving KPI’s.
