Technical Services Manager will be involved in co-ordinating all aspects of the business's Technical Operation alongside the Technical Management Team.
The role will principally be office based and some of the key responsibilities will include:
*Management of Projects to deliver new technical initiatives
*Reviews of Technical Processes and Procedures
*Monitoring of both Technical and Regulatory standards that will impact the business and actioning as necessary.
*Supporting the Technical Team on a daily basis
*Team Management activities incorporating KPI's, Resources, Meetings and Inter-department Communications.
*Interfacing with Colleagues, Customers & Suppliers.
For this role are really looking for an all-rounder - strong Technical experience in the food sector plus excellent people and project management skills. Food Sector Technical knowledge of BRC, HACCP, Specification and Auditing is essential alongside a Food Industry Degree.
