Who we are looking for
You’re a coffee lover. It’s in your soul. You know your arabica from your robusta and nothing less than perfection will do. Out of respect for the product and our customers, you blend innovation with commercial common sense. You use insight and analysis as the backdrop to the products that you’ve helped research and develop and all you want is to see them in their rightful place. To fulfil your dreams, however, you need previous food technology / R&D experience within a food retail / FMCG environment. But that’s ok, as you’ve already got lots to draw from. Together, we’re a recipe for success.
A bit about the role
Our customers love our coffee. And whilst they all have their favourite, we like to make sure there’s enough range to tickle their taste buds no matter what the occasion. Whether it’s a gingerbread late, an iced espresso or an americano. You’ll develop a range of new coffee products, working with the Roastery and supply chain teams for a truly global solution and with buying to make sure innovation doesn’t come at a price. You’ll also work with other category experts to ensure our products push the boundaries and complement each other in equal measure. It goes without saying that you everything you do adheres to the strictest legal and quality requirements.
