This fast growing, forward thinking business is one of the leading operators in their sector. Supplying to all major retailers this business produces a range of products; you will be part of a highly skilled QA team and will be tasked with maintaining and managing the quality management systems on site.

The Role 
To ensure that all Critical Control Points (CCPs) are achieved, monitored and recorded;
To collect micro samples for finished products, raw materials, WIP products, shelf life, water.  To ensure that all samples are registered and sent to laboratory for testing;
To document all process deviations and non-conforming products by raising non-conformances, concession, hold note and supplier non-conformances and follow all those for proper corrective actions. 
To ensure that shift handover will be done properly and shift report will be completed accurately; 
To ensure all documents and paperwork are checked, verified and filled.
To conduct daily/weekly/monthly audits and checks.  To ensure that all issues and non-conformances raised during the audits and routine checks are raised with relevant departments heads and all corrective actions are followed and implemented:
Provide technical and process direction to the Quality Controllers (QC’s);

Personal Profile 
•    Food science qualifications
•    Strong previous experience within the food industry
•    Flexible to work on shifts – this will be a night shift role.
