This business has seen stunning year on year growth (in the order of 50%) and now need you to help them continue this onwards.

The company:
People often go to work to support their lifestyle, work to live not live to work etc. Nothing wrong with that. However, if you can do it with a business that can offer you genuine career prospects and have a bit of fun while you are at it like you can here, then so much the better.

You like computers. You like the internet. You like seeing your work make a noticeable difference. You are data and numbers driven.
You don't like arrogant or insincere bosses. You don't like working for nameless corporations where you are a number. While you understand the need for creative soft marketing, you know that's not your core strength at this stage of your career.

The role:
Understand Google and create more sales for the business by a more visible and better ranking website. Of course it's not that simple or everyone would be doing it, so what ideas would you have to improve this businesses website & sales?

Putting 'strong IT skills' here seems a little disingenuous but realistically you will need to have at least a basic understanding of Google's algorithms changes, penalisations and new procedures. If you can grasp the concept of changing "x" on the website will lead to "y" happening and increasing its ranking and therefore sales then we would be interested in hearing from you.
