Interim Shift Engineering Lead (multi skilled)

Strong Interim Shift Engineering Lead required, to manage a team of x8 engineers and x8 apprentices, to ensure regular performance reviews are carried out, development/improvement plans are in place.

Hands on role, ensuring daily works are completed, and working practices are adhered to, ref health and safety, food safety and company procedures.

Experience of working within an engineering maintenance position, with strong electrical and mechanical understanding to fault find. Understanding of Pneumatic control, and fabrication experience.
