The cheese department at Taw Valley produces approximately 110 tons of cheese per day, along with whey butter, whey protein and permeate powder. Our cheeses including cheddar, red Leicester, double Gloucester, organic, and reduced fat are supplied into supermarkets all over the UK along with our own brands Tickler, and Anchor.

You'll find faults, diagnose issues and solve problems on a fascinating mix of old and cutting-edge new equipment. You'll improve and maintain. And you'll work with the operators and team leaders to make sure our equipment can do everything they need it to do and making it a safe place to work.

You are

You will be a skilled Engineer, used to working to professional and industry standards, confident with electrical or mechanical engineering. You're an excellent communicator too - able to work with others to deliver results and drive meaningful improvements. FMCG manufacturing experience and a good understanding of LEAN techniques would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
