Now I'm sure that you don't need me to tell you however alongside colleague development, you will be working closely with the technical department in compliance training and ensuring that this is followed through and relayed across the site.

You will be given tools at your disposal, working collaboratively in a fluid relationship with site operations. Now with buy in from both the senior management team and the shop floor alike, it is your time to step up and push on with developing the site to the next level.
