3 Direct management reports covering maintenance, engineering and projects
Implementing key engineering processes
Improving engineering knowledge across the business
lean manufacturing techniques
Reducing downtime
CAPEX projects
Profile
Manufacturing experience
Time serve mechanical / electrical engineer
10 years experience in a manufacturing environment
PLC (Siemens / Allen Bradley) working knowledge
Degree qualified in an engineering practice
Strong man manager
