You will be the customers' voice inside this organisation, but you are conscious that these are your colleagues that you are directing and therefore you are always treading a fine line between customer and your own business. Knowing when to push and when to leave well alone is your forte.
Ultimately, you will become an expert in this product area and you will be a fully functional representative of the company. Initially, though, you will be relying on the knowledge of your colleagues and as such these relationships are the priority to build and maintain.
