Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Here at Zest we have a fantastic opportunity for an existing Engineering Supervisor or Multi-skilled Engineer looking for the next step to join a successful food business based in South Lincolnshire.

You will join and lead a small team of engineers and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant and site services.

Ideally, you will hold a relevant electrical qualification, have recent food experience and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

*Oversee the maintenance of production, process and packaging machinery.
*Assist with machinery breakdowns keeping downtime to a minimum.
*Ensure the planned maintenance schedule is delivered as per plan.
*Organise and delegate workloads to engineering personnel.
*Comply with health and safety legislation at all times.

Required Skills & Experience:

*Qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.
*Fully conversant with food processing and packaging equipment.
*Strong mechanical and electrical fault finding skills.
*Self-motivated, hard-working and organised.
*Good communication skills.
