The Pan Asian trend is getting bigger and better than ever, so it's no surprise this opportunity is available, adding another team member to an already high achieving group of New Product Development Chefs. The business produces innovative ideas for this category and you will be at the forefront of the Oriental fixture with key customers, as they look to you for the next big thing.

You'll be tasked with considering what's popular and what can be regarded as 'future proof' ready meal ideas.

You will also have to be inventive with adaptations to both regional and cultural classics. That's across a variety of styles too, such as Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Korean for example. Your varied and intense experiences within restaurants for these cuisines will bring the best out of you for this environment.

One word of caution is fair and realistic though; not everyone will love your ideas and you need to understand the customer needs to be treated with kid gloves when introducing new recipes into the category. Part of the role will be to review and amend concepts so that the factory can produce to scale and the customer can purchase at the correct price point. There is so much more to it than simply working in a traditional restaurant brigade!
